Can I cancel or modify my order?

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at ivorymoonjewelry@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

 

Can I exchange an item?

If you would like to exchange an item, please email ivorymoonjewelry@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Your exchange will not be sent until we receive the original item. Please note that the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.

 

 What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate the return process, please email ivorymoonjewelry@gmail.com. The items must be in new and unused condition, and buyers are responsible for the shipping costs.  If the reason is damage, please include a photo of the damage in the email.

Do you offer customization or personalized jewelry?

Yes! Email ivorymoonjewelry@gmail.com or DM @ivorymoonjewelry on Instagram for any questions about custom jewelry, personalized jewelry, different lengths/sizes for jewelry.  

 

Do you offer international shipping?

Unfortunately, we only offer shipping to the United Sates at the moment.  

 

Are the jewelry pieces handmade?

Yes! Sarah hand-makes each piece of jewelry herself:)  Most orders are made to order and always made with so much love!
