Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Many items are handmade to order, so processing time will vary depending on the item, the usual processing time is 2 to 7 days before shipment. You will be contacted through email with updates on your order status and any questions that come up. We use the United States Postal Service for shipping and you will receive an email with the tracking number when the shipping label as been created by us. 

Once USPS scans and receives the package, it is their responsibility to get it to you. Please plan for and expect that there could be delivery delays during the holiday season. However, we will be shipping orders out faster during the holiday season, averaging 1 - 2 days from order date to ship date. Generally, only pre-ordered items will take longer to ship. Please email us directly (ivorymoonjewelry@gmail.com) if you have any questions about when an order will be able to ship out. 

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.  You must email ivorymoonjewelry@gmail.com to begin the return process.  Returns must be in new and unused condition and buyers are responsible for shipping cost.  If the reason is damage, a photo of the damage needs to be included in the email.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a item you must email ivorymoonjewelry@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.  Your exchange will not be sent until i receive the original item.  Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
